Yes! Your account balance in the SAL Pay app gets updated every time you complete a transaction using your SAL Pay e-wallet or card. Transaction details, on the other hand, appear in your history 24 hours after the actual time of transaction.
Send Money requests are processed on the same day if they are submitted on a business day and before the cutoff time of 11:30 AM. They are completed from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Send Money transactions are completed within the expected completion period. The SAL Pay app and e-wallet will show you that your Send Money transaction is on Pending status until it is completed.
Our SAL Pay support specialists will contact you proactively if there are any issues with your Send Money transaction.
Your SAL Pay account balance is updated immediately after you submit your Send Money request.
