Disputes and Fees


An amount was incorrectly taken off my SAL Pay account balance. What will I do?

You can report any unauthorized deduction from your account balance by calling us at (+632) 304 9100 or by sending an email to support@salpay.com. To help you with your dispute, we will need you to provide the following.

  • Screenshot of your transaction history (If already available)

  • Date and time when transaction was deducted

  • Accomplished Dispute Form


Are there processing or ATM fees?

Here’s a list of fees associated with SAL Pay transactions.

SAL Pay for Payroll

  • Account creation: Php500 (includes the Mastercard debit card, delivery, and administration charges)

  • Disbursement to employees: Php25 per employee

  • Deposits to SAL Pay Corporate account: Free

  • Card replacement fee: Php500


Debit card and ATM transactions


Within the Philippines

  • Balance inquiry via any local ATM: Php3

  • Balance inquiry via any POS terminal: Php3

  • ATM withdrawal: BancNet and MegaLink Php12


Outside the Philippines

  • Balance inquiry via any ATM that accepts Mastercard: Php50

  • Withdrawal via any ATM that accepts Mastercard: Php150

  • POS usage or any online purchase on foreign currency sites: Php150
