Can I use my SAL Pay card outside the Philippines?

Yes! You can use your SAL Pay card to transact using any ATM that accepts Mastercard. Likewise, you can use your card to make over-the-counter purchases through any store terminal that accepts Mastercard. The fee for international use (ATM withdrawals and debit purchases) is Php150 per transaction.

 

What if my card gets lost or stolen?

If your SAL Pay card gets lost or stolen, please call us at (+632) 304 9100 so we can block your card and make sure it won’t be used by anyone else.

After we block your card, all your access to e-wallet, i.e. through the SAL Pay app or your Salarium account, will be disabled. We strongly advise that you transfer your remaining balance to a bank account through the Send Money feature before you call us to report your lost or stolen card.

To replace your lost or stolen card, we will need the following:

  • Affidavit of loss

  • Payment of replacement fee of Php500 to be deposited to:

     Bank: Union Bank
     Account Name: SALARIUM PAYMENTS CORP.
     Account Type: Checking Account
     Account Number: 000830013787


You can send your affidavit together with a screenshot or a scanned copy of your payment receipt to support@salpay.com. After sending the requirements, your new card will arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

 

My card was captured by an ATM. What will I do?

In case of card capture, please contact the bank that owns the ATM you used to withdraw and ask them for assistance on how to retrieve your card.

If you need to get a card replacement urgently, please call us at (+632) 304 9100 or send us an email at support@salpay.com.

To replace your captured card, we will need the following:

The ATM won’t dispense any cash. What actions should I take?

If an ATM fails to dispense any cash from your SAL Pay account, immediately report the incident to us by calling (+632) 304 9100.

Take note of the amount that you tried to withdraw, the ATM’s location, and the date and time of the incident. You can also provide a screenshot of your transaction history as shown in the SAL Pay app or in your Salarium e-wallet.

 

How much can I withdraw from an ATM in a single transaction?

The withdrawal limit depends on the ATM you will use. Most banks are limited to Php10,000 per transaction, but some can give you up to Php20,000.

 

Does my SAL Pay ATM PIN expire? How can I change it?

Your SAL Pay PIN does not expire automatically. If you need to change it, you can do any of the following.

  • Log into the SAL Pay mobile app and select Change your ATM PIN from the side menu.

  • Log into your Salarium Employee account, go to Wallet, and select Change PIN.
